ניר פופליקר הוא מוזיקאי יוצר, גיטריסט, זמר ומורה. לאורך השנים ניגן והקליט עם אמנים כמו קורין אלאל, אריק ברמן וירמי קפלן, והוביל הרכבים פרי עטו בארץ ובעולם
בשנים האחרונות הוא מתמקד ביצירה אישית של פולק ישראלי העוסק בדרך, בחיפוש, במשפחה, לצד אלבומי סולו לגיטרה המשלבים פולק, רוק ומוזיקה מאולתרת
בשנת 2022 הקים את מגמת יצירה והפקה בתיכון תלמה ילין, ומאז הוא עומד בראשה
בין השנים 2006–2026 היה מורה בכיר במחלקת הג'אז בקמפוס אריסון לאמנויות בתל אביב. בשנים 2008–2019 ניהל את מחלקת הגיטרה בקונסרבטוריון מערב הרצליה וריכז את הכנת תלמידי הגיטרה, הבס והתופים לרסיטל הבגרות.

Guitarist, composer, singer and educator
Nir Popliker is a musician, songwriter, guitarist, singer, and educator. Over the years, he has performed and recorded with artists such as Korin Allal, Eric Berman, and Yermi Kaplan, and has led his own bands in Israel and internationally.
In recent years, he has focused on his own original music — Israeli folk songs exploring themes of journey, searching, family, and empowerment alongside solo guitar albums that blend elements of folk, rock, and improvi.
In 2022, he founded the Songwriting and Production Department at Thelma Yellin National High School of the Arts, where he has served as its head ever since.
From 2006 to 2026, he was a senior teacher in the Jazz Department at the Arison School of Arts in Tel Aviv. From 2008 to 2019, he headed the Guitar Department at the West Herzliya Conservatory, where he also coordinated the preparation of guitar, bass, and drum students for their matriculation recitals.
He studied at Rimon School of Music and at C.M.D.L – Centre des Musiques Didier Lockwood in France.
